Description
The SUPREG Series has 2 versions. SUPREG12 (12Volt Version) and SUPREG24 (24Volt Version). An
appropriate AC supply should be connected on the terminals marked SUPPLY. 24VAC for SUPREG24 and 12VAC for SUPREG12.
The SUPREG card is sold with a 150mm quick mount for quick and easy installation.
The SUPREG can be configured to be used as a battery charger or as a regulated power supply.
In order to use the SUPREG24 as a 24VDC power supply, places 2 links in the position indicated in the block diagram and adjust the trim-pot while measuring the voltage with a voltmeter at the terminals marked OUTPUT (In the block diagram) to 24Volts DC. Factory default is 27.2Volts DC.
In order to use the SUPREG12 as a 12VDC power supply, adjust the trim-pot while measuring the voltage with a voltmeter at the terminals marked OUTPUT (In the block diagram) to 12Volts DC. There is no need to place any links on the card. Factory default is 13.6Volts DC.
Both the SUPREG12 and SUPREG24 are configured as battery chargers as factory default.
The red LED indicates wrong battery polarity. The battery polarity should be reversed immediately when the red led lights up while the green LED indicates the charging of the batteries.
