Short Range Devices (SRD) license free frequency bands.
All Elsema transmitters, receivers and transceivers are operating in the Short Range Devices (SRD) license free frequency bands. This means no licence is required to operate our equipment.
However, it is important to note that different countries have different SRD license free bands. Check the table below to see if the equipment series is allowed to be sold in your country and the standard that it conforms to.

(A) MCT series must be modified to operate between 921 to 929 MHz.
(B) Needs to be modified to a low power version, less than 36.32uW (80.83dBuV/m or 10997uV/m)
(C) - For Part 15.247, frequency hopping at 25 frequencies.
- For Part 15.249, transmitter and receiver to be fixed point to point communications. EIRP to be reduced to 50mV/m at 3metres, -1.23dBm
(D) MCT series must be modified to operate between 868.000 to 868.600 MHz or 868.700 to 869.200 MHz.
(E) High power 1 watt transmitters not allowed. Power must be < 10mW.
(F) The 10mW transmitters continuously emits a carrier when power is connected. The user must design the final product to meet the requirements of the duty cycle as provided in the relevant regulations.
(G) Frequency hopping at 25 frequencies and the average time of occupancy on any frequency shall not be greater than 0.4 seconds within a 10 second period.
(H) Part 15.227 for power below 30uW (10,000 uV/m at 3 metres) and Part 95 Subpart C for up to 4 Watt.
(I) Radiated Power must be less than 1mW for 433.050 to 434.790 MHz (100% duty cycle)
Elsema exports to many other countries. If your country is not listed, you can phone or email elsema for more information.
