• Does Elsema accept credit cards? Yes, we accept Mastercard and Visa.
  
  
• Where can I purchase Elsema Products? You can visit our agents web page to find the nearest agent or email us and we will reply with a contact closest to you.
  
  
• Do you need a licence to operate Elsema equipment's? In Australian, New Zealand, Canada and United States of America no licence is required. For other countries please contact our support department. However, the remote control needs to be certified for each country. For example:

  - Australia and New Zealand requires AS 4268.2 (1995) compliance.

  - USA requires FCC certification under Part 15.231 .

  - Canada requires RSS-210 compliance.

• Does Elsema export? Yes, approximately 30% of our sales is exported to countries such as United States of America, Singapore, Malaysia and Europe.

• What is the major difference between the FM.... series and GL.... series of remote controls? GL series are Elsema's newly developed remote controls and it has the following advantages over the FM.... series :
  1) Higher security by using 96 bits instead of a 12-bit transmission.
  2) Receivers can have up to 8 different output modes.
  3) Transmitters are smaller and more durable.
